I know what you mean, its tough fitting it all in to a busy day however you can develop strength and technique throughout your warm up just by becoming more aware and switching up the exercises to target the areas of the body you actually plan to drill/focus on that day. Also your cool down can be very productive if you ensure you are aware of your alignment and focus your mind on what feels good and what you need to work on next time. Do you skip? That or a quick jog will get the blood moving.
As to working around your schedule, anything is better than nothing. Consistency over quantity innit.

How would you recommend breaking up this practice around a work schedule? Particularly when it comes to the warmup/cool-down aspect of a daily practice I have difficulty structuring a routine that feels productive like the one you recommend. I usually end up feeling like I spend all my time warming up and cooling down rather than developing strength and technique.

As I am moreless self-taught in Tribal Style because living in scrumplewumpleshire only allows me to take workshops and no regular classes, I totally approve of this "perfect day" schedule. I instinctively developped the same planning, except that I don't always jog, I can also enjoy a bike ride followed by a various-rythm rope session as a "cardio-training". Combining Pilates and Yoga helped me a lot when it comes to upper-body control, balance and core-strenght. I don't know if this would apply for evrybody but when it comes to strenghtening the muscles (quads, abs, glutes and shoulders, mostly) standing still in Qi-Kong postures (the "Hugging the Tree" ones, especially !) helps me to really feel "centred", grounded in earth and in control... Physical AND mental practice !
Can't wait to work with you in Umrah ! <3<3<3
